My career in dentistry began nearly two decades ago with a passion for serving patients and helping teams succeed. Over the years, I have worked in clinical care, administrative systems, operations, leadership, and executive management, gaining first hand experience in whatever it takes to build thriving healthcare organizations.

As a licensed dental hygienist, and MBA graduate from Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University, I have had the privilege of leading teams, developing leaders, improving operations, and helping practices grow while maintaining a strong focus on patient care and team culture.

Through those experiences, I discovered that the greatest challenges facing organizations are rarely clinical-they are leadership challenges. Strong leadership creates strong teams, exceptional patient experiences, and sustainable growth.

That belief inspired the creation of Coco-W Consulting.

Coco-W stands for Courage Over Comfort Ownership - Ward. It represents the values that have guided my career: choosing courage over comfort, taking ownership over results, and leading with integrity and purpose.
